The Bazzini Lab at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research has an opening for a postdoctoral researcher to address fundamental questions in biology related to post-transcriptional regulation.
The lab is particularly interested in unraveling molecular mechanisms to affect mRNA stability/translation and how those regulations can affect development or be related with human diseases.
Candidates should be interested in RNA, gene regulatory networks, development and/or genomics. Successful candidates will have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum requirements include a doctoral degree in the life sciences and least one first author publication.
