Research Specialist - REQID0002114

The Zeitlinger Lab at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research has an opening for a Research Specialist position to work on the development and automation of multi-omics single-cell technology in order to map regulatory information at a large-scale in Drosophila embryos and mammalian cells.

Qualified candidates will have a masters or doctorate degree in biology, chemistry or engineering, a background in molecular biology and genomics, and the ability to lead a project both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with next-gen sequencing libraries, fluid handling robots or genomic data analysis (UNIX, R) is a plus.
