What if...

we did science differently?

Our Kansas City campus is a working, biomedical research institute where 24 Investigators and Fellows collaborate with 15 Technology Centers to explore a question that's easy to ask, yet hard to solve: what makes life work?

By studying the fundamental processes shared across living things, and the remarkable biology found through the diversity of our research organisms, Stowers scientists are uncovering insights that can point toward new ways to diagnose, treat, and prevent disease.
